On Monday (May 25), Netanyahu stated that he had ordered ‘harsher measures’ in targeting Hezbollah.

During a security cabinet meeting on Tuesday (May 26), he said, Israel is ‘intensifying our operations in Lebanon.’

He added that the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) is operating with large ground forces, occupying key areas. They are ‘strengthening the security zone’ to protect northern Israeli settlements from Hezbollah attacks.

Earlier, on Tuesday, within the ceasefire period, the US military launched new airstrikes in southern Iran.
