The Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) has reduced the prices of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LP Gas) and autogas at the consumer level.

In a notification published on Tuesday (June 2), the commission announced that the price of a 12 kg LP gas cylinder has been reduced by Tk 55, setting it at Tk 1,885. Previously, the same cylinder was priced at Tk 1,940.
Additionally, autogas prices have also been reduced. According to the new decision, the price of autogas per liter has been set at Tk 86.93, down from Tk 89.50.
BERC’s new pricing will be effective immediately.
